When it says post a picure and a letter what sorta picture does it mean.One of the celebrity ot one of yourself?

I don't know where you read this but I guess in the Feedback-forum. If so, it means that you should post the signed picture and the envelope you received as a proof for your success {thumb2}

If you mean when you send a letter to the celebrity, send one of them that they can sign for you

Since you mentioned "post a picture and a letter" - I guess you mean when writing to the celeb.?
When writing to them, some people send a picture of the celebrity they're writing to - to get it signed. Thats up to you though as some celebritys will have their own photo to send you anyway.
