Introduction & Question concerning Feedback Forum

First of all, just wanted to introduce myself; I'm Matt. Yes, I realize I will probably be receiving a lot of a flak for becoming a moderator (just like when I became a TM). If you have an issue with me being a Mod, then please feel free to message me or post about it or whatever. This isn't the post for me to try and explain the justification for me being here- so onto my main question:

Someone recently posted a success from Trish Stratus, upon further reading of the post- it's explained that the autograph was bought through her website (you can either just send her the money and she handles it all, or you can send you own item + signing fee). I thought that feedback received from buying an autograph didn't count towards the $10 entry (and that only TTM applied).

Im pretty sure its because with trish stratus it is hit or miss with her. Sometimes she will sign for free but 99.9% she doesnt. Also congrats on being bumped up to mod status. I am sure you will make a great addition.

i'm new to the forum. and i recently requested an autograph for a new upcoming singer on youtube named Shannon (she doesn't give out her last name for obvious reasons)
she is such a good singer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i LOVEDDDDDDDD her cover of "Love Story" by taylor swift. so i messaged her asking for an autograph

recived: 10/17/08

took: 1 week.

Welcome to the team! We appreciate your help! {thumb2}

When I don't know whether I should add a certain member for their success or not, I just leave that topic and go ontp the next. It is admin's site so he can then decide what is best.

Also, while we appreciate your kind help in the "Feedback" forum, I just want to bring two things to your attention:
When another moderator has already posted a reply where they add the member into the draw (or ask for scans), you cannot post the reply too. {thumb2} Here's the topic of which I'm talking about. Thank you! I also recommend that you read this topic on what moderators do - it will really help a lot and answer your questions.

User Courtney808- posted the following thing into feedback. Now I've heard who this youtube user is- as she's posted multiple times on here to rate her music, so that raised some suspicions. Upon looking at the IP's I figure out that they have both posted from the same IP, I am 90% she's referring to herself with an alternate personality. I didn't want to warn her, nor am I able to delete it, I figured I'd merge it here, and see what everyone else thinks of it (it made me laugh).

Zanne, I completely apologize, I am running on 2 hours of sleep because of crunch, but that is no excuse. I am having slight issues with the toolbar because I've been trying to scan the boards in firefox and then use the toolbar in IE (my IE runs 60% slower than FF for some stupid reason). I hope I didn't mess things up too bad. As far as reading the linked post as to what to do, I did in fact (I'm OCD enough to print it off and put it in my Fanmail Binder {dorky I know})- part of my confusion came as to what to do when things like they use an address not mentioned in the database (am I required to post it to add?), and then in specific reference to the Trish Stratus thing, I personally wouldn't have counted it, but Admin did.

**I think the best course of action is for me to go take a nap until I have to get back to the video.

Hey, no problem Matt! You're doing a great job! Believe me, I've also had to learn all these things so I completely understand (I'm tired myself, had a crazy week!). {thumb2} But I'm glad to see you're a moderator as I've seen your help around the board when you were a TM - you're of great help, thank you!!
