Leslie Nielsen how do his TTM compare to IP??

I did get a Leslie Nielsen autograph in person today.It's late Saturday night so I'll figure out how to post it on Sunday so you can compare IP to TTM. I was just wondering if anyone else went to The Hollywood Collectors Show and what their experiences were. Of course I met Leslie Nielsen. He was as you'd expect. Funny, friendly and willing to sign take pictures. He was amazed at the sharpie I brought. It was a fine point and as he started to sign my photo he stopped...looked at it...and then complained to his assistant that their sharpies weren't as nice. They had older,blunter sharpies. I always bring my own. I had all the "Lost In Space" cast members sign an 11X 14 photo that I had brought with me. All were so friendly. I asked Marta Kristen how she felt about being an icon all these years later and she said it still surprises her. Noel Neil of Superman fame was incredible. She told me that she still misses Mr. Reeves. I won't bore you with the rest of my encounters but just to say that it is always a great experience to meet so many celebrities. If you ever get a chance to go to one of these shows it's well worth it.

I just got home from the Hollywood show. Got lots of good autographs, pictures and experiences to share.
Mr. Nielsen was very nice, I got his autograph and asked if I could take a picture of him as he was signing it, no problem. He started joking with us about the picture I chose for him to sign. It shows him half naked, and he was wondering where his shorts were. I will compare the one I got with his ttm tomorrow and post on here what I think.

Thanks very much for uploading, your IP autograph, and if we did it on this alone, his TTM do look pretty close to the IP.


I was worried a little bit, as I notice that he did not personalize, your photo, I think if your paying for an autograph, it would be nice, for them to personalize it for you.

If that's the case, then why are the TTM, always personalized and his IP not???? maybe there where loads of people around him, having said that, it only takes another 2 secs to sign someones name.

I chose to not have it personalized to me. He asked me if I wanted it made out to anyone and I told Mr. Nielsen that I just wanted his autograph. That's a personal choice by me. I prefer most of my autographs to not be personalized especially when I'm at one of these shows and am paying $$$$ for it. Just my preference and not a slant on anyone that likes to have their photos personalized.

The one he did for me at that same show he personalized. It's a personal preference, you can ask them to personalize it or you can request for them not to. I will still post mine, just bought a new scanner, but I didn't get a chance to scan it yet. As far as I can see, after comparing several ip's they match his ttm's. It is very much the same handwriting. So I believe his ttm's are authentic.

I think the in persons match exactly to his TTM ones. I am now assured his TTM ones are authentic. What a guy!

I wanted to bump this thread since I received 4 (yes, FOUR!!) autographs from Mr. Nielsen in the mail after a two-week wait. I had questions about the authenticity, so I found this thread in my travels. I compared my TTM successes, and after over 2 years, he is STILL signing his own fanmail!

I'm bumping the thread to help out other people that aren't as skilled with the Search function.

Here are my successes: (He spelled my name correct in only one of the autographs, but hey... who the hell am I to complain when an actor as great as LESLIE NIELSEN is willing to sign this many things for me for free?!
