Envelope Size?

Hey,

I send mostly international,
As most stars I send to are in the US and I am in Australia.

What size envelope should I send?

I usually send an A3 with an A4 SAE inside,
As well as a letter/request, As well as sometimes a photo.
Any suggestions?

I think A3 is way to big, an A4 size envelope is ok to send with an A4 sae inside(folded up) but you don't need to be A3 size.

I send A5 size always with an A5 size sae inside and every autograph sent back to me has been able to fit in it!

Those big envelopes seems to be too big to me. I always use only A5 envelope with A6 envelope inside, but that's maybe another extreme . I guess A4 envelope with A5 one inside is the best way.

I think I will continue to use my bigger envelopes.. I am getting great successes with them. [Miley Cyrus and Aly & Aj today] They are big and get noticed

what do all you guys mean by A3 A4 A5 A6....i haven't a clue what those sizes mean at all
