COA:a piece of paper everybody can write on their computer and later "sign " it so it seems real..DONT trust autographs with COA!actually about 90 % of all autographed who sells on ebay/tradera and such sites are FAKE!the person has made the coa themself and forged the signature!

Re: COA?
Hi there
I think there is some confusion over the nature of a COA. If someone is selling a signed Gerrard shirt (for example), they will perhaps provide a Certificate of Authenticity with it. This COA is a certificate from and signed by either the seller or a third party authenticator, stating that what they have sold you is the real deal. Unfortunately the majority of these COA's are faked, worthless, and a downright lie. Please be very vigilant when buying signed football shirts, as there are so many people out there, especially on eBay, who just sign the player's name themselves. If you want peace of mind, send Gerrard a shirt yourself to be autographed.
