help about International Reply Coupons

Hi everybody,
I’m italian and I’m sorry for my bad english.
I never ask before an autograph to an actor, this is the first time and for this reason I need help.
I would like to have a Henry Winkler autograph, I read how to do (I send a letter, a photo, an empty envelope and some International Reply Coupons), but I don't know how much International Reply Coupons I have to add into the package to get back the photo? I think that the weight does not exceed 10 ounces and the size of the envelope are about A4 (8" x 12").
please help me, I would like so much the Fonz autograph.

If you would like an A4 envelope sent back to you, include 2 IRC's with your request.

This is because 1 IRC will cover a standard letter from the US to Italy.

Hi!

Should I send 2 IRC's when I send a medium sized envelope?I only sent 1 IRC.Do You guys think they won't reply me because of that?By the way I'm from Hungary.
