It'll be unlocked when a certain user is dealt with by admin, or else he/she will just keep spamming the topic with unnecessary nonsense which is annoying to edit all the time.

A certain member, i'm sure if you were active in the thread you would know who, kept spamming stupid comments. It should be unlocked soon as Sham said once the member is delt with.
