Be happy about your "taste" ;) Isn't it great when your favorite stars are fast and "easy-to-get" signers?!
Yes, I agree with you noodlez - it's great when your favourite celebrities are good signers TTM. {thumb2} I think it's great to have gotten your most wanted autograph, no matter who it is - JK is really an awesome autograph to have, LikelyLadsfan! :mrgreen: I personally am more into "younger" actors, not the older ones who either doesn't sign or send secretarials (although I do have 2 or 3 of those unfortunately), so even if they're not that famous yet, they'll most likely become much more harder-to-get and rare in a few years time (it has already happened to Ben Barnes and I got his autograph before he was well known). {up}

I might have to update my rarest - I just inherited my grandfathers collection of Medal of Honor Recipients, WWII Aces and Code Talkers. He was a WWII vet, and collected their autographs. My grandmother just parted with them, she just gave them to me since she now considers me a "serious" collector.

So now, my autograph collection has jumped by over 100 autographs, and I still need to sort through them, but most of those autographs are from persons who have passed on.

(But I still love my Luciano Pavarotti - I think that IP will always be my favorite)
Favorite Autographs: Luciano Pavarotti (IP), Joan Baez, Dorothy Hammill (IP)
Newest Autos: Tim Allen, Daniel Radcliffe x3, John Lithgow

The rarest by far for me is a book signed by Sydney Greenstreet in 1931. He along with the cast of a play in Philadelphia all signed the book that the play was based on. He is an extrememly rare signature, especially 10 years before he did his first film.

Hi! ;)

My rarest autographs which I own are:
- Daniel Craig - I somehow got (very) lucky and received a signed & personalised photo TTM after he started sending out preprints. :mrgreen:
- Lewis Hamilton - authentic signed McLaren card TTM before he started sending secretarials. :D
- Paul Bettany - authentic signed & personalised via venue success {??}
- Zac Efron - authentic signed & personalised photo TTM, he rarely signs TTM and doesn't even sign that much in person (I wrote to him 5 times, all at a different address, before finally getting a success) {love}

Thanks,
zanne

I have a handful of autographs I would consider 'rare'. But, my favourite would have to be a short note personally dedicated to me and signed by H.R.H Camilla Parker Bowles, wife of Prince Charles. She also very kindly had a wedding photo of theirs printed and sent that to me too. I'm extremely selfish with her address because I think she is a lovely lady, and I wouldn't want her abused/spammed.

I'm really envious of zanne's Daniel Craig auto though! :mrgreen:
AUTHENTIC, OR NOTHING AT ALL.
LATEST SUCCESSES : Liam Lawrence, Ashley Young, Daniel Agger
