My signature being edited - shaun?

Hello everyone,

I'm sure that most of you know about the at best questionable practices of our resident moderator SHAUN. I for one really don't understand why does he still have this position of authority since he clearly violates all rules of common sense and respectful conduct towards our bellowed celebrities.

However I want to speak about another matter here. You may have noticed that I've decided to show my concerns about the aforementioned individual by adding "Why is shaun still a mod here???" sentence to the end of my signature. Now this sentence has mysteriously disappeared. TWICE.

I do not know who is responsible (and I don't know whether moderators can alter user's signatures) but I would like to ask that person to stop. Internet is all about the freedom of speech and since my opinion is that shaun is harmful to this site as well as to the TTM autograph collecting hobby in general, I wish to convey this message by the means I see fit - in this case, a single sentence in my signature.

Moderators cannot edit a user's signature. Admin can, and I would image GMs can.

You're basically criticising a member of the Moderating staff though, while I agree with the statement, its asking for trouble, and you'll likely end up banned if you keep it there...

Then let them ban me! Yes, I would deeply miss this board and all the good people here, but the board would be at loss as well (I'm a dedicated feedback poster ). But I will not yield to any kind of virtual harassment and I will continue to present my opinion on the matter.

I think admin is the only one who can edit ones profile.

Although I agree strongly with your opinions about the moderator in question, that's as much as I can say on the matter. Perhaps you should take the issue further with admin, or one of the global mods (like zanne), via PM.

That's kind of strange though. Maybe shaun is a hacker and somehow got your password to log in and delete it? Hey...it's a theory.
