hi all im new in writing to stars for autographed pictures. PLEASE tell me how you guys do it? what you write to them? i live in montreal quebec canada, how you mail it ? like postage stamps etc Please tell me everything i should know. I REALLY want to get autographed pictures of the cast twilight so please any one had success PLEASe tell me how you did it.

The best tips I can offer for letter writing is to start by telling the celebrity a bit about yourself (name, age, where you're from) tell them why you're a fan (what you like about them, the show they're in etc) then ask politely for an autograph at the end {thumb2}

If you're in need of US stamps for your sase, you could ask in the trade/sale forum. {thumb2}

I start by introducing myself, then I talk about how I became a fan, what they've starred in/wrote that I enjoyed, then I ask any questions I may have, I politely ask for them to sign my picture/send me a signed picture, then i thank them for reading my letter and wish them luck for the future. Try and keep if brief, no more than one side of a4.
If you're posting overseas then you have to go to the post office and get an airmail sticker, otherwise just use normal stamps. If you are posting overseas and are not able to get international stamps for your SASE then include about 2 IRC's with your letter, which you buy from the post office.

how does this Irc SASE work? which irc, sase stamp goes in which envelope? how big does both envelopes need to be in? any more tip PLEASE help. When i wrote to celebs when iw as Wayyyy young i just wrote a letter and send a international stamp with NO IRC, SASE or picture. Just a letter and i got a few! So this is all new to me IRC etc... ITs been a LONG TIME.
