ASKING FOR HELP WITH SASE

I'm from China and i want to write to the actor of Harry Potter.I have found the address but i don't know how to use SASE in China?Can someone help me>?
Or can i buy English stamps online?

You can either try and get hold of some British stamps, or an easier way would be to send a SAE and include 2-3 IRC's with your letter which you can purchase from the post office :)

IRC (International Reply Coupons) should be available to you. This would be your best bet.
