I got this picture TTM. I think it might be autopen, but I'm not sure. Can someone confirm?

That appears to be one of the secretarials that must have come out of his agency. He has sent out two authentics, that I know of, VV. One from Hachiko: A Dog’s Story, and one from Amelia. But then after that he was sending out APs of his authentic autograph in reply to the remainder of the VV requests.
