Hi everybody! I haven't been actively checking the boards these couple of weeks and i'm so shocked that the amount of trainee moderators has gone up by so much! I know I haven't been forfulling my duties as moderator lately, but i've been so busy with school and my personal life, so please don't demote me yet.

That's the only problem - we can make all the threads and kick up a moan about what is clearly wrong - but admin just...doesn't seem to be bothered?!

this isnt a new problem, theres a long list of good moderators that have gotten fed up with this and quit or complained so much theve been banned.

Doubtful, but if he were- we already know there'd be a herd of TM's ready to take everyone's position .
(even without all of the mods theoretically banned, they're raring at the chance to become a moderator.)

Pfft half of them couldnt do what some of the great mods do.

We need a finished list and a representative (sp?) and show him this thread. Stick together and were done, surely no one wants to get rid of every person thats helped so much.

I really doubt anything will be done about this, look at all the previous attempts.. but meanwhile, us moderators will just have to group together and make the forum as good as well possibly can.

Just a heads up to everyone, I've honestly given up on the whole TM status of the boards- I have limited time, and have basically lost the will to attempt any more of this. If anyone would like to take up the "movement" feel free to, but otherwise- we might as well let this issue die. They say ignorance is bliss, so in theory, life should go on just fine. (Don't take this as a complete and utter abandonment of the board, but the ratio of effort:benefit is almost null. I also apologize for not updating the list at much as I had planned, but when there are 3+ new TM's to add every 15 hours, I can't fit it in.) I have more productive things, so from this point forward- as far as trying to optimize the boards, I'm out. I will still do the general Feedback, and Spam monitoring, but otherwise until I see a huge problem with a probably solution... I don't think I will be doing much.
