EMMA BARTON 'HONEY' EASTENDERS SNOW WHITE PANTO HUGE SUCCESS

I saw the Panto of Snow White at The Marlowe in Canterbury yesterday starring Emma Barton who played Honey in Eastenders. It was a fantastic show but pretty emotional too because they are pulling the theatre down shortly after the panto and rebuilding it., I have seen shows there since I was a kid so it is a bit sad especailly when I dont think it needs re-doing and they are spending millions on doing it and trying ro make it look all modern when the rest of the city isnt. It used to be an old cinema and was never properly renoav

Anyway the Pantos there are the best I have seen and truly are for all ages. I am sad.

Right, after yesterdays morning show Emma kindly posed for a photo and signed and dedicated my Eastedners photo. I went back after todays morining show and she kindly signed and deciated my photo with her that I had printed at a 10x8 size.

She seems to come out after every show as she brings her dog in with her and she takes it for a walk inbetween shows.

Very nice, congrats! Were there many people waiting? And how long does the show last/take her to come out afterwards?

Hey, thanks.

The times I met her, I was the only one but since then I have been for the rest of the cast and there have been 10-20 people. It really does vary but there tends to be more after the evening shows. You wont have a problem getting her though as she will sign for everyone, she is very sweet.

The show running time is 2hrs, 40 minutes including one interval and Emma seems to come out after every show and it doesnt take her long, 10 minutes tops. She is lovely. You have to be on the look out though and approach her or she just comes out the stage door and darts off. She seems to wear her hair tied back and wears a hat as it is cold. She often has her dog with her. I dont know what breed but it is small.

Thanks. I'm hoping to go somewhen through the week, but I'd have to go before the 1:30 show, and would have to leave well before it ends. Not sur eits worth my while but time will tell!
