I only write to people I admire and of whom I'm a big fan
Mainly actors, actresses, singers and comedians (especially from Germany) and I also try to collect most of the cast of Star Wars and Pirates of the Caribbean.
I'm a huge fan of Bollywood and Eastern movies/actors/actresses too ... it's a bit more difficult to find out an address for them
TTM I currently only collect people who have appeared in Dr Who or Eastenders.
In person I collect pretty much anyone, but focus on people I am a fan of and footballers. However if I see someone I'm not a fan of I will get them then take an interest in their work, for example an actor watch something they've been in.
I only write to people who I'm a fan of. :]
At the beginning of my collecting I did write to a couple other people though, but now it's only people who I actually like.
