Hi, all the postings help me but not enough so i have some questions.

I want to write to Robert Pattinson but i'm in France so i have several problems:
- the IRC's are used to buy UK's stamps (Am i right ?) to re-send my letter so in my SAE i don't put any stamps (french or british) the IRC is enough ?
- i would like to send my letter in an envelop (22,9 x 32,4 cm or C4) is this size exists in the UK ?
- i put UK's stamps or international stamps in my letter to the star ?

Your letter TO the star (Robert Pattinson) should have YOUR countries stamps on it.

The SAE should have British stamps or an IRC for postage. The IRCs are used to buy stamps in the country of the star you send to.
