Should you always include IRC or SASE when requesting signed photo's from your favourite Celebrities?

What is the chance of recieving what you have asked for when you don't put in IRC or SASE?

You always have a greater chance of getting something back if you include a SASE and IRC's (For international requests)

It's polite and proper to include return postage if you're requesting an autograph. You should always try to include a SASE or IRC, or money for postage if you're sending internationally.

The chances on receiving something back if you didn't send a SASE or IRC - well it depends on the celeb. Some will, but most won't.
