Should i send my own photo's to be signed? Or just ask for the celebrity to give me one they already have?

she is asking if she should include her own photos... but i think you do not need too unless they are known not to sign unless a photo is enclosed.peanut1234 wrote:It's always better to include an SASE and IRC's

If there's a photo that you would really like to have signed, then include it. Some celebs don't sign unless you include a photo or something to be signed. If you are sending via venue (VV) then I would certainly include a picture or index card, but if you're sending to an agency you don't need to include a photo.

^ As above yes. But send an SASE requesting a photo.

It depends what size you want. Some celebrities send out 10x8s but I prefer 4x6s so I always send my own 4x6 picture.

Hey melissa-lou!
Most celebrities already have photos to send to fans, so it's up to you if you want to send a specific photo to be signed. {thumb2} Normally I prefer the photos they send out for various reasons.
The only time it's recommended to send your own photos/items, is when sending via venue/movie set as celebrities usually don't have photos with them (occasionally they do print out pics, though, but it's very uncommon).
However, as Selise said, some celebrities such as Christian Bale and Marl Wahlberg (off the top of my head) only signs photos sent to them - they do not supply their own. You could search the database to see what you should send to your favourite celebrities.
Good luck Melissa!
