Autographs From Family & Friends! (Really cool idea!)

So last week my Sister surprised me with some cool additions to my collection.......... Autographs from my Family & Friends! She got the idea after I mentioned that a Member on www.rebelscum.com (Ryan_C) sent his own signature TTM to see how fast he’d get it back.

My Sister designed 25 photos using the template like I do for my custom photos and she secretly got them signed In-Person when we got together for Party’s & Christmas! I never thought about it much, but even your own family and friends can be famous in some way or another. For example, my one Grandpa and a friend are paramedics for hospitals and they save lives all the time, so to the patients they could be considered “famous” for making them well again.

Some of my friends even personalized their photos! LOL! So just thought I’d share this cool idea with you members and maybe you’d like to try it too with your friends & Family. I enclosed a scan of the photos my sister has given me so far. She said there’s several more coming, but I’m not sure whom it’s going to be from.

That is a really cool idea actually! I remember when I was about 7 and my sister got me an autograph book and got the gymnast Lilia Podkopayeva to sign it for me and then I asked my sister if she can sign my book too! So I've got my sisters autograph with Lilia's lol.
It would be nice to do that with family members that I rarely see. Like my auntie, uncle and cousins in Canada who I haven't seen in over 10 years. I doubt I'll ever get round to doing that though!

Thanks again for all the replies. It is such a cool thing as you've all mentioned. Who knows, maybe one of my family or friends will become SUPER famous or well known then I can say I was the first person to have gotten an autographed photo of them!

My best friend signed a christmas card and she was all Why do I need to? I was like "If you become a big star like you say you are I'll be the first to have your autograph and the first one to auction on the internet" All she said was " I'm not doing that!" I had to tell her the first part was true but I'm not auctioning it

I don't see it as being TOO unusual really. Maybe in this context, but for example when leaving school or college it seemed the normal thing to get people to sign your shirt!

In America don't people have "Yearbooks" or is that just a thing from TV?!
