Hi everybody! So I've recently gotten into autograph collecting. And there is some stuff I was wondering if you guys could help me out with.
1. How big must my envelope I'm sending to them be?
2. How big must my SASE be?
3. How many stamps do I include?
4. Do I put stamps on both the envelope and the SASE?
5. Do I fold the SASE and put it inside the envelope?
Thank you guys, so much! (I live in the US)

Welcome {thumb2}
Since I don't have time, I'll just answer 4 & 5
4.) Yes. When you send an SASE you put stamps on it. An SAE is when you don't put stamps on it.
5.) I always fold my SASE and it always works. So you can do that.
Good luck {thumb2}

Welcome to the forum StephaniePattinson
To answer your questions:
1. You will need an envelope big enough to fit everything you're sending.
2. The size of the SASE will depend on whether you have sent something to be signed or not. If you do send something, you will only need a SASE big enough to fit whatever you've sent to be signed. If you don't I suggest sending a large A4 (9x12 inch) envelope as this will fit both large and small photos.
3. The number of stamps will depend on the size of your SASE and the cost to post it. If you're in the US, check out their postal calcuator here.
4. Yes. Put stamps on both your SASE and envelope. Make sure there's enough postage on each envelope.
5. Yes.
Good luck!

Thank you guys so much! You really helped me.
I sent out my first letter to Robert Pattinson today. I put two stamps on each envelope, which were 6x9in. envelopes, so is that enough stamps?

Re: New Autograph Collector Here
it depends on the value of the stamps. 2 first class stamps should be ok
