Under database Sports forum

Unread post by cards918 »

I think there needs to be a forum for reporting Athletes addresses

There is one for SFM and cast addreses but not for athletes accept in the feedback section

If you agree with me say so on this thread not in a pm.

I agree. On the feedback forum, there are too many soccer successes and such. A forum for just those would be great. Maybe also, smaller forums within for each sport.

Totally disagree. Then people would want feedback split into actors/actresses/soaps/football/tennis/nba/music etc etc etc

And what happens when you get people who fit in more than one section?

Has been discussed before and is totally unworkable.

Ok so a sports forum is "totally unworkable" but cast addresses are just a must?

I dont buy it

I use this website for almost all sports and most people on here use it for actors/actresses/casts ect ect.

why should people have to look in the feedback forum where alot of non athletes successes are posted

I think if cast addresses and studio fan mail have there own forum there should be a sports forum

or atleast a subforum in the feedback section

I check the forum once a day usually and it takes me less than 30 seconds to scan through the most recent feedback threads, its hardly a big deal or a lot of work. Evem if I dont log on for a few days it still doesnt take any more than 2 minutes.

SFM has its own forum because its a company that sends out crappy PPs for free via email, so it makes sense to have it seperate from the "real" successes.

Cast addresses is a forum for requesting addresses of casts of shows, I dont see how you're trying to use this to support your point??

People post in the wrong place enough as it is, without adding extra unneccesary forums.

Also if you read properly, I didnt say a sports forum was unworkable. I said if there was a sports forum then people would start whining about having a music forum, an actor forum, and actress forum and so on. THAT would be unworkable. If you have one, you have to have them all, or people will just make loads of threads like this one, and the forum will go even more down the pan.

I dont see what you mean by it will divide it up
one forum right under cast addresses and 4 subforums (baseball, basketball, football, and other)

Its hardly a big deal and i didnt say it was alot of work its just all of the sports get drowned out because there are so many more non athletes that i personally have never heard of most of them

Its not a big deal and it wont spilt anything up just one more forum to deal with and there are so many that are not needed in the first place

I dont understand why you keep mentioning cast addresses, I dont see what relevance it has to a seperate sports feedback forum :?

So what if it does split things up

your not a moderator anymore

You dont have to deal with it

Cast addresses is relevant because its a pain for people like me who could care less and im sure there are people who could care less about sports but so what.

Its not a big deal

If a moderator is watching this convorsation please speak up and take a side so we can stop wasting our time if its not going to happen

I didnt say I was a Mod?

I still dont see how cast addresses are relevant, I dont use the forum so I dont look at it, its that simple. I only look at 4/5 sections of this forum, the rest may as well not exist, but I dont start whining saying "Oh well this section is worthless so I'll use that as an example even though it makes no sense".

I think I'll just leave this thread until a Mod arrives and says the exact same thing I said in the first place....

When I am in the feedback forum I just look at successes I am interested in looking at (should go without saying.)
If I don't know the person or dislike the person the success is of I don't bother looking at it.
This goes with most sports autographs for me. It does not bother me that they are their, I just don't look at them :? .

A separate forum like Mr.Kennedy said would just result in different people asking for different forums.
I.E. someone will ask for a Disney stars forum because that is who they collect, and than an authors forum, and so on.

I know some athletes do other things like act or sing. What forum would the success be put in? The actors forum or the sports forum?
It would result in successes being moved back and forth.

I don't see how cast addresses is a pain, I don't visit it. If it annoys you that much that it exist, don't visit it!
