Rascal Flatts VV failure

Sent letter, SASE, picture to Bi-Lo center before their concert. February 13 I received my envelope back and I was so excited, but when I opened it my letter, picture and a note was in it. It said that the letter arrived too late and she couldn't give it to them. Its sad but at least they are on tour and I have other chances. It was nice of her to send me my picture back and a note. I think I'll try again soon!
