Yesterday, i sent about 40 letters to different football club. Afterward, i found that the postage is $5 but i just put on a $3 stamps! Will the football club(manu,chelsea, newcastle...etc) help me to pay the $2? i am very annoyed now...>.<

Yes; hopefully they will pay for you. I hope you did not send too many requests to any of the club or you will not get a reply/ authentic reply. With Man Utd as example you will proberly recieve a Sqaud PP Card for sending a lot of letters to them in a short period of time.
