SELF PAID ENVELOPES, FROM U.K TO USA. HOW DO I DO ONE? HELP!

I need help, I would like to send a request to the USA from the u.k where I live, how di I do a self paid envelope so I can get mt request signed and sent back to me, I dont want to send money, what do I do exactley from a u.k post office.

Please help asap

You can buy IRCs from your local post office for 95p.

Hi Sahota!

As aamir said , you can use International Reply Coupons or IRCs if you are writing to a celebrity in a different country.

Follow THIS link for a very good explanation of what they are and how to use them but basically, International Reply Coupons can be exchanged in any country at a Post Office for International stamps. {thumb2}
