DOES ANYONE SEND THINGS APART FROM PHOTOS TO GET SIGNED?
If you do, have you had any success in getting them signed?
Re: DOES ANYONE SEND THINGS APART FROM PHOTOS TO GET SIGNED?
I want to, but never have. Maybe I will get my iPod sleeve signed by a musician...

People send DVD/CD covers and have received them back signed. As much as I would like to do that myself I would worry too much!
But personally, I just send either pictures, magazine cut outs or index cards

i send movie cards, books, magazines.
have heard of sports collectors sending balls, pucks, shoes, bobble heads, floorboards, etc.
just depends on how much you want to spend on postage, i guess (i'm too cheap

Actually, I have just remembered that I have previously sent out something other than a picture. I sent an album cover to Phil Collins, but haven't recieved it yet.

I have sent dvds and dvd sleeves, but those are to actresses/actors that have had recent successes, the one time I didn't was for Sophia Bush, I sent her a special clutch I got in the OTH tour last year which I hope I'll get back, but mostly I'll send an SASE or photos
Re: DOES ANYONE SEND THINGS APART FROM PHOTOS TO GET SIGNED?
I've sent out:
DVD Sleeves, CD Booklets, Books, Baseball cards, Hockey Cards, Magic the Gathering trading cards, Harry Potter the game Trading cards, Postcards, Post - It notes (to the inventor of the post it note), stamps on First Day covers, index cards, movie tickets.
Yea, I think that's it.

I sometimes send index cards, and I sent a DVD cover recently too, but I think I sent it too late.
(I wrote VV) I have also sent out several show flyers that I have collected.

I send whatever I have for a celebrity. If I don't have anything of mention I send index cards. Books are fantastic items and almost always come backed signed.
