what does the blue envelope mean?

hey all...

not to show my complete ignorance regarding things such as blue envelopes, but what does that mean? it just appeared. like a sign from God. sweet.

I think it appears when you achieve 250 posts.

Haha! I wondered too when I got mine, but yes, as has been said, I realised that it comes after 250 posts have been made. Congratulations! {thumb2}
