TM x hayley x - moderator?

It'll really be nice to see if she is but we have enough Mods & I've been seeing a lot of TMs who I barely see on the boards become Mods. Do you guys think we should demote some of the new Mods?

Yeah, maybe implementing something like a new mod trial period. If your a new mod and it shows you are inactive or not helpful, you get demoted. If you are you stay.

I think all global moderators who haven't looked over there moderator list should do so and demote anyone who isn't active. I have demoted 4 altogether. And premoted Ryan J because he is one of the best members on the board that devotes his time to helping.

Larisie, most of the moderators or TM's i have demoted have been away for more than 6 months. Christine was away for 1 year and a half and so was Aimee. Also Chanin hasn't been online at all. There was another TM i demoted for another reason due to them not helping out at all and being quite rude with members.

I went through and demoted all my tms because most if not all of them havent posted since last year. I demoted 3 mods that havent been active for a long time. I am noticing mods being approved without my input. I am going over my mod list again in the next few days and am sending pms to them saying some more cuts are coming. I am not really following the 6 month rule because it doesnt matter much anyway. most of my members post one day then dont post until their time is almost up then they will post again without helping anyone.

90% of the TMs, even if they're active and posting arent doing anything to warrant being TMs so should be demoted regardless of the fac they've been online.

How on earth "autographfanno1" is still a TM after his/her constant outbursts is beyond me. I can only assume its becasue theyre not in a team?

autographfanno1, isn't that the same person that always sticks up for Shaun?

I remember they voted NO, when we had the poll about bad mods needing to be demoted.

Anyways glad to see the gm's are trying to fix the problems with tm's and some mods.

Should he/she really be a gm still if they are barely active on this site?
