TM x hayley x - moderator?

Those who have visited my team topic lately will notice that I have demoted 3 mods/TM's so far:

Shambler (she was honest with me and told me that she will be joining that other forum)
devilson9991

More to be demoted... I've also gotten two pm's this week from members who want to join my team as a TM, but I didn't accept them.

Also, I haven't seen Josephine (ldy josie x) in the longest time.

Perhaps we should make a sticky in the "General Discussion" forum to inform members that we pick new TM's - you cannot apply anymore (admin did give us permission).

Sounds like a reasonable idea, Zanne! We should however make a thread in the Admin board to discuss this further to make sure we know what we want written in this thread!

I remember they voted NO, when we had the poll about bad mods needing to be demoted.

Anyways glad to see the gm's are trying to fix the problems with tm's and some mods.

Sure, go ahead Andy. {thumb2} We could do with your help too, as we are all a team (the moderators). You can create a topic with TM's names that should be demoted, and we will say yes or no (and explain why). And those who don't have a team, list them too - all we do is just quikcly add them to our team, and then remove them (then they're demoted to regular members again). After that, we just pm admin to remove them from the "Moderators" or "TM" group altogether so they won't have powers anymore (remember "whosurdaddy"?).

It might be easier to make a list of tm's that are active and know what they are doing. It would be a lot shorter.

Hey guys,

Just wanted to let you know that I've decided to promote x hayley x. You may not agree, and I realize that we have enough moderators, however she does not belong as a TM. Between her and all my other TMs she has MUCH higher "qualifications" if you will than the others and has shown improvement from her "gaming" days on the board.
