Monsters Vs. Aliens Premiere Success (Inc. Hugh Laurie)!!!!

My brother and I woke up at 5am this morning to drive to the Monsters Vs. Aliens premiere in LA. When we got there, we couldn't figure out where the heck we were supposed to stand for autographs. Someone said the stars were going to walk down a certain area so we stayed there. A little while later they said they are going to a private entrance to avoid the rain. We were so bummed and thought we drove 2 hours for nothing.
Fortunately, they had extra tickets so they said we, and a few others, could go in to watch the movie. They gave us passes and escorted us through a security gate to the red carpet.
As soon as we got there, Seth Rogen walked up. I got to shake his hand and talk a little. He was very nice, unfortunately I couldn't take a photo or get a sig because we had to keep walking. Then I saw Rainn Wilson (The Office). I said hi to him and he waved back. Then we went into the theater and got our seats. I saw Hugh Laurie sitting a few aisles over. I didn't want to walk over with a big binder and picture, cuz I didn't want security to stop me. So I walked over with my ticket. He signed it for me and talked for a little bit, he was very nice.
After the movie, I met Jonah Hill, Judd Apatow, and Paul Rudd. I got photos with them all except Paul Rudd, he said he didn't want to draw attention, which I understood. He stuck around to talk with me for a little bit though which was cool. He was really nice. I also met Peter Jacobson (another cast member on House) and my brother got a picture with Michael Strahan.
Unfortunately, we missed out on Will Arnett, Amy Poehler and Reese Witherspoon, but the other successes make up for it. All in all a great day {thumb2}

WELL DONE especially with Hugh {thumb2} , one my all time wants, i wish I statred collecting before he made it big in the US, he was quite good signing before that. He spends so much time over there now and has been sending PPs for the last year or two.

Nice successes! Hugh Laurie was around NYC today and he was pretty cool about signing. Didn't get his autograph or run after his car, but he rolled his window down to sign. Did you see Jack Black at the premiere?
