Help for a Newbie plz

HI

Im from the Uk and im looking to get some blank index cards, but the only thing is all the ones ive seen have lines on them pre printed, i want blank ones, can anyone help?

IIRC Ryman's do blank ones (either 6x4 or 3x5). There must be other places that do but not sure where.

i have looked there and it seems they only do lined

It's where I got mine from recently, perhaps they were just out of stock?

Thankyou, you were correct i was just looking in the wrong place, do you often get replies with sending the record cards?

I have in the past yes. Of course there might be people who chose not to sign cards and will send a photo, but the majority of the ones I have sent to have returned them. If you send a photo and an index card, some will only sign one item and therefor not the card, others will be happy to sign multiple items. It depends who you send to, really

When I first started collecting I sent index cards to the majority of people I wrote to, but I never got any of them back signed. The celebrity always sent their own picture, which I didn't complain about! I have seen some nice index card successes before, it just depends on the celebrity because some refuse to sign them for security reasons.

I get my index cards from The Works, they are very cheap there!

You can get them in a lot of places, and usually on the back of the lined ones they are blank. Check to see if the lined ones you see are like that.

A lot of celebrities do not sign them though, and I've never personally sent any. Good luck, though! {thumb2}
