Yes he still signs card's he just stopped signing photos because of the volumn of mail he has be recieving on a regular basis.I just recieved a signed card from him just over a month ago.Good luck to you!

According to a post on fanmail from Feb 7th, it looks like Sparky has stopped signing everything.
Here is a clip from a letter Sparky wrote this person
"Because of the overwhelming amount of requests, I no longer can sign any items sent through the mail"

That's weird i recieved a letter in which he said he was only signing card's now.Because i had actually sent him a photo of wich i had taken of him year's ago when he was in detroit.Anyway it's worth a try to send him you might get lucky or not but if you don't try you won't know.Ringo said the same thing and responses are still coming from him i think sometimes they change their mind i guess i could be incorrect thought.
