But we have told you several things they have done wrong! The current TM's are more moderator material than those 2 [aamir and paulmustang1]. We should concentrate on the current TM's rather than trying to train up those 2, they should gain the experience by themselves and when/if we as a team feel they are ready then they can become TM's. I think it's unanimous that all of the mod's do not feel they are ready to be TM's yet. Do we not get a say in this?

Well... he has done nothing wrong so far. I'll keep an eye on him. He is welcome here.

As for paulmustang1, of course he hasn't done anything seriously wrong yet, he's obviously going to wait until he has the power.

ADMIN-did you make your new team so we can have a new team and a new group because there are more mods, or did you make your team to stick all of the people who are not ready yet on it so they have to stay a TM or MOD???

I think admin made a new team to "protect" mods and TMs who everyone wants demoted. He/she/it/they pretty much confirmed this when he/she/it/they stated "only your team leader can demote you" He will put people in his/her/it's/their team to protect them from being demoted.

It is turning out to be filled with the finest members of the fanmail.biz team (shaun, paulmustang, and aamir.)

I created a team mainly because i need help on the feedback forum. Inexperienced members can join my team. I will train them and keep a close eye on them.

And again I ask, why not focus on the other, more experienced TM's? Surely it would make more sense getting them up to moderator standard. And I'll say this again too, they should gain some experience by themselves before they even get considered to be TM's. And again I ask, do we not get a say in this? Each Team Leader focus on his/her members. The problem is that the TL are not doing his/her job.

One does not need any experience to become a trainee moderator.

If you want to complain about the way things work in your team, you have to complain to your team leader. Ex: if you think there are too many inexperienced TM in your team, ask your team leader to demote them.

I took Aamir and shaun in my team because they have done nothing wrong so far. Some team leaders PMed me saying that they had to demote some TM/M just because some Moderators don't like them even if they know there is no real reason for that
If naysayers keep hurting this forum i will have to ban them.
