A TM that doesn't know what a SASE is?

Lol I actually can't believe this!
I have never really seen -Lil1- http://www.fanmail.biz/mboard/memberlis ... le&u=14825 about the forums, just on the graphics and trade boards. But I did notice yesterday she was attempting to help out on the collecting help board (she must have been trying to look helpful before applying to be a TM). She told a member that SASE stood for "Stamped Addressed signed envelope" and she didn't know what LOR stood for: http://www.fanmail.biz/mboard/viewtopic ... 61#p565761

Is this actually serious? How is this helping?

This itself is enough to get her demoted. Surely a TM cannot be of much help if he/ she does not even know what a SASE stands for

This TM is helpful but only in the Graphics shop.

I think this TM needs to be demoted so other people on the site who have moderating potential can have a spot.

I totally agree. {thumb2} This is why we need to make it clear for everyone that being a TM isn't about your name being blue. She's a nice member, but terrible TM and definitly need some time getting to know the facts first while being a regular member.

Yes I just noticed that. Zanne must have demoted her because she is now on Admins team. There's nothing we can do now, Admin overrules everyone.
