In genral Do VV requests have fast turn around times or do they take about the same amount of time.

There is no way of saying for sure - I have had via venue successes which took 1 week, the other 3 months and even one that took 1 year. So, it varies - sending via venue does not necessarily means it will be faster to receive.

Well I have only had one VV success, but it came back in about 1-2 weeks. I'm not sure of the exact amount of time because I was away from home, but 1-2 weeks is very fast! And it was from a very huge star, Lionel Richie So I can't really say in general since that's my only VV success, but if someone as big as Lionel could reply that quickly VV then I'm sure anyone could!

From my experience I'd say VV requests are generally faster to receive than TTM ones, but it really depends on who you write to, sometimes you get much faster reply from the agency than VV. It really varies.

I would say overall it does depend on who you write to, and where the venue is.

Some can be quicker than TTM whilst others take longer than TTM {love}

I send most of my requests VV. Honestly, some come back very quickly, and others take forever (if they do come back!)

The fastest VV request I've had come back was 3 days (just looked that up). The longest offhand (without me looking at my records) was about 9 months or so.

In my experiences, on average, VV is faster, but as Selise has already said some requests VV may "take forever"

I believe there is a better chance of getting a reply VV, rather than via management, publicist...etc.
