How to add a signature?

How to add a signature?

I've been trying to add a signature for the last couple of days, but everytime I click on signature it says "You are not authorised to define a signature." Why?

Sometimes there is this problem. No one has their signitures displayed at the moment. The site will hopefully be back to normal soon so you can try then {up}
