question about SASE and the postage China to Usa

hello,everyone!
i'm from China. And i'm a rookie.
i want to ask two questions.
1. SASE
i know if i enclose SASE in the envelope, it will add my possibility of getting the letter back of those celebrities. However, i'm from a small town. i'm not able to buy IRCs here. So i can just use SASE.the question comes. i can't buy American stamps either. So i wonder if i could use Chinese stamps instead of American one. If the postage of Chinese stamps matches can the letter sent back to China?
2. Postage
how much will it cost when sending a letter from Usa to China?

I wonder my english is rather poor. Thank u

On the SASE you need the stamps of the country it will be mailed in, from what you said, America . If you can't get IRCs or American stamps you could explain it to the celebrity and ask them to cover the postage.

I'm a Chinese too
It's not possible to use Chinese stamps for SASE from the US. You've to add US stamps on it instead. If you cannot buy any stamps or IRC, I suggest you to watch out in the exchange section in this forum. Usually some members will be willing to exchange stamps or IRCs with autographs that you have. Or you may post in the wanted section for that.

As BossC said, it'd be fine too if you ask the celebrity to pay for the postage politely. Most of the celebrities are good enough to pay for you. So you don't have to worry too much Hope this will help you!
