why when this site is doing perfectly fine ADMIN has to make "Admins Team" Filled with members that are not even ready to be considered as a TM!?! UGGH!!!

I think you should reach a certain amount of messages, and understand the forum, which in my option you can't do just in 9 posts. {down}

Probably because he knows we don't agree to promoting new TMs, especially members with a VERY low post count, so he figures he will just add them to his own team as he apparently needs more moderators. Just what I gather...
