Any clue why the fanamail alerts are not working? i just registered and it won't work

It only notifies you when a new piece of feedback is received for the celebrity you signed up for, so the reason may be, that no recent feedback has been received since you signed up

Fanmail alerts where they send you email when feedback ir a via venue is updated on a certain celeb

it wont let me create a alert for anyone

Just double-checked for you, and the alerts system seems to be down at the moment. You should try again in a few hours; the system does sometimes go down for maintenence etc.
