Cool item but it has to be the strangest i've seen (but still very good!). I think it will be worth a lot - Hold on to it, and see what happens. Is there anything like this on Ebay?

Jasonw - Dont mean to be rude but this document was signed 7th Sep 1990. Hussein signed this five weeks in to the first Gulf War..

2 August 1990 – 28 February 1991 (officially ended 30 November 1995) ... The First Gulf War

Yeah for sure. I was just trying to think of someone Hussein may be in the same league as in a few years. I'm not very knowledgabe about historical autographs. :D
