via venue question

Unread post by realitytvaddict693 »

Hey so I had a question about sending via venue..
If I'm sending it to a singer who is performing at the venue at a specific date, don't I need to write a note somewhere that says "hold for ___ until ____"? Where exactly would I write this..on the envelope on the outside, on a note inside, or somewhere else? thanks!

Hey realitytvaddict! :D

Well realisticly speaking the mangement at the venue should know when that signer is performing {up} But it's still a good idea to indicate "Please hold for________until/on_________" :mrgreen: Write it on the outside on the envelope. I am writing my first VV tomorrow in the US and I wrote it on the back of the envelope ;-)

Basically somewhere on the envelope where they can see! {up} Don't put it inside as you'll want the person handling what's inside your mail to be the celebrity themself :)

Good luck! {thumb2}

It's not that bad idea to do this {up} . I've never written to any singer VV but many people said that they write down hold for ___ until ____

I do a lot of writing VV and I always write on the front and back of the envelope Please hold for _______ until ______

I just like it in more than one place so it's seen.
