Just tell him why you are a fan, what you like about him, say what the best match he played or goal he scored.

Don't worry I think simple English would be good enough to make a request to Ronaldo. If you could not think of what to write, I suggest you may start by introducing yourself. Next telling him why you like him, and finish by asking for an autograph. A short and simple letter would surely be fine. Good luck for your request
