On 04-10-09 I sent LOR, SASE, and photo to:

Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre
236 West 45th Street
New York, NY 10036

On 04-30-09 I received the photo back personalized and signed. He even signed the note card I enclosed to protect the photo.

An earlier thread mentioned how long his show was running, but I don't remember what that date was.
