Yes I would always recommend sending a SASE for autograph requets, but I would say definitely send one when sending VV. If the celebrity likes to reply while still on the tour then it is very unlikely that they would have chance to stop and buy stamps just to reply to you! Even if they had time you shouldn't even expect them to do that! So yes I would say to always include a SASE
I send SAE because I can't fly to the US or the UK from Australia etc. And I wont buy any stamps off the Internet. But I don't care how long it takes, I just want the autograph. SAE is easier because you don't have to go in the trouble of buying IRCs which are expensive and going to buy other countries stamps. I know it's faster but for people living in Australia. It's not as easy as you think. We all have different opinions.lol

With all due respect, it's not really about what's easier for you. By not putting postage on the envelope you are a) making life harder for the celeb, and b) expecting them to pay the postage for you. Both of these things will reduce your chances of a response.
