Sent: March 20th to the address in new york, im really sorry but i cant remember and idk if its still valid but it was the show address thing...
I sent a two pics and dvd insert

Received: April 28 2009 all signed and personalized in my SASE

It's to be assumed you wrote him at the Barrymore Theatre, with 'Exit the King.' The address is valid until June 14.
