Do you include your email?

Just curious, when you send letters, do you include your email? I do it on 25% of my letters, I'd say. I ask when they get my letter, or before they send, if they could send an email, and I include my email, and leave it in a P.S. note.

Does anyone else do this? Have you ever gotten emails? So far I've only gotten one from Nicole Anderson but it was cool!

You know what, that is something I keep meaning to do but forget every single time! It is a good idea to do because getting an email from the celebrity would just be such a huge bonus. I remember when I first started sending fanmail I did include my email but I would always worry that the celebrity would just email me a PP picture to save the hassle and time of posting an autograph TTM so that made me stop including it. But I do want to start including it again because I have heard several people say that they have had some lovely emails from some celebrities so I think it would definitely be worth it

Yes I do! I made up my own official looking letterhead on my computer and it includes my name, Home address, Email addresses and phone numbers & spot for the date so they know how long I've been waiting to hear back from them! I do all I can to make their job easier so they can get my items back safely & without delay.

But yeah never tried it before, although I did get a surprise email from someone, he's not very well known, but his sister messaged me on one of my other message boards and told me he saw a fan video I made of him and he loved it and really wanted to email me himself and asked for my email, I gave it to her and like within a couple days he had emailed me saying he thought the video was great and that I should go into film, it totally made my day and since he's not famous or anything I believed it was him

Hey Kelsey!

Recently I've begun to write my address and email on the back of my letters I don't really expect an email from them but it's just in case. And I write my address so in case the letter gets separated with the SAE he/she can easily find it Also, I write my address and email lightly in pencil at the back of my photos so that they don't get lost or mixed with other people's either!
