Sorry to reply so late.

That appears to be the production company address.

I sent to the on set PO, after I called to verify they forwarded fan mail. I have yet to get a reply. I had heard that she does not sign, but I thought I would give it a try anyway. As I have heard her ttm agency requests are believed to be secretarial I thought I would give VV a shot.

I see this production wraps on June 5th. If it is a case of her signing after the production is completed then I may receive something yet. It now becomes a question of how long she waits before she takes care of her fan mail. I have seen VV successes that have arrived one to two months after a production has wrapped. After that I would consider it a bust though.

If I do get a reply I'll let you know . . . but I'm not holding my breath, I am afraid.

I was aware this was a risk when I sent it. But it was a risk I was willing to take. That's how you get the amazing successes. {thumb2}

@nightowl Thanks for you answer. I have not written to the vv set DID YOU HEAR ABOUT THE MORGANS? . Because I have written toTron 2.0 and Scott Pilgrim vv without any success I don`t believe that it it successfull.

It depends on who you are writing to, and what address you are using.

I have noticed that more than once the address given for a production is not the production office where they are filming, but the production company that is producing it. If you were to have sent to any of the production company addresses you would not get a response. They do not forward it to the production office.

If you did send it to the on set production office then there is a number of reasons you may not get a success. Was it sent too eary, or too late? Does the production office forward? If they do, are they directing all requests to the talent's agencies?

Some actors will sign right on set, others have it directed to their agency, and others don't sign at all.

The actors "usually" tell the production office what they would like done with any mail coming in for them on the set. Some will take it, others will tell them to forward to their agency.

I have seen a success or two out of Tron 2 for Garrett Hedlund. I called the set myself and talked to them directly and they did say that they do forward fan mail. So it now becomes a question of whether the person you sent it to signs. If they do sign, some of them wait until after production has wrapped. I have seen VV successes a long as two months after production has wrapped. I got my Matt Damon success a month after production wrapped.

Don't give up on Venues, I have gotten a lot of really amazing VV successes. They do work. Not all the time, unfortunately, but they do work.

You must be certain the address is correct, and that they do forward. If you don't know these two things you are taking a risk it will just be tossed in the garbage. Knowing these two things will GREATLY increase your odds of success.
