How many IRC do I have to include for a letter from USA,envelope A4?

If you are sending to Europe I think 2 IRCs will be ok. Of course it also depends on weight.

I think it might be best to send 3 anyway, especially if your sending A4 {thumb2}

2 IRC's is enough for a 9x12 envelope. 2 should be more than enough for an A4 {thumb2}

today, I have visited the main post office in my city Surabaya. They don 't understand about IRC. Then, I called the main office which located in other city. They don't know about this either. Is there alternative beside IRC?

Hi there. Its best if you say 'International reply coupon' instead of IRCs as some dont know what the term IRC is.

If they dont know then, then you can use stamps {thumb2}
