Despite what WWE would have you believe, these are the first in-house produced magazines by WWWF/WWF/WWE. This is the entire run, five magazines, and my "Holy Grail" will be completed when they're finally all signed by everyone on the covers. All I need is Hulk Hogan on the fifth one. The picture is over a year old, and I've since gotten Ken Patera on the fifth one, so all I need is Hogan. These are from the late '70s, and while the first four issues are WWWF (World Wide Wrestling Federation) the fifth is WWF, thus marking the transition. I have a few extra autographs on (and in these) as well, but I wouldn't add many more aside from Hogan.

#1--Signed by Superstar Billy Graham and editor and famed wrestling photographer George Napolitano (he was the editor on this magazine)

#2--Signed by Bruno Sammartino

#3--Signed by Bob Backlund

#4--Signed by Johnny Valiant, Jimmy Valiant, Lou Albano, Larry Zbyszko, and Tony Garea. Also signed on the bottom by legendary referee Dick Wohrle and inside by Greg Valentine.

#5--Signed by Backlund, Ivan Putski, Tito Santana, and Tony Atlas. Also now signed by Ken Patera. Atlas also searched his picture out inside and signed there, too.

I have a lot of wrestling treasures of all types, autographed and not, but I really treasure these because I had to take these around to a lot of different shows to complete them, and a lot of the wrestlers enjoyed looking at them.

My holy grails are not neccessarily big celebs. Just celebs I have been trying to get sigs from them for years TTM or through a dealer so I can complete cast mattes.

mine is pappy boyington,,i met him back in the middle 80s at a airshow standing next to a corsair,he was a nice person to talk too,i told him my fav,plane of all time is a corsair,remember i was a kid,he then told me about the plane,what he did back in the days of ww2,he was going on and on about it,we must talked about 2hrs,he look at me and said here you go,he pulled out a photo from his wallet and sign it right there and he said thanks for listining,wow he made my day for givin my a autografh pic right out of his wallet,now i still have it in a frame,thankssssssssssssssssss
