I'm 95% sure that's an autopen. It *could* be authentic, especially since it was written in 1996, before she was in the Senate - so there is a slight possibility. I doubt it though.

The email address I would guess is no longer valid since she's no longer a US Senator and is the Secretary of State.

yeah the e-mail is no longer valid. i think it is real only because it says some Comments that i said in my letter. can an autograph expert look at it please.

That's definitely an autopen, sorry. The autopen is a machine that anyone, like an assistant, can use to sign her name, on whatever item they want, like a letter the assistant wrote.
