Forever stamps

I was wondering do we use forever stamps just to mail something from the Us or can it be used for other countries,too?(Sorry if that is too stupid )

US Forever stamps are to be used when the letter/photo is MAILED in the US. It doesn't matter where it is going (for example, you can put them on your SASE and as long as you have enough, it can go to any other country)

Forever Stamps can be used to mail an envelope within the U.S. or outside the U.S.( as long as the correct postage is affixed) As far as SASE's are concerned Forever Stamps can only be used within the U.S. If your mailing outside the U.S. that countries postage is required on your SASE or enclose an international reply coupon or what some do on here enclose cash to cover return postage.
